Utkala Dibasa, another auspicious event celebrated every year in April by thousands of Odia’s across Orissa,India and USA. It is also known as the foundation day of Odisha, a state located in eastern part of India. On this day, the state of Odisha was declared an independent province.

UTKALA DIBASA CELEBRATION DALLAS,TEXAS – [01-APRIL’23] – Regional Drama Festival RDF
OSA Southwest Regional Drama Festival and Utkala Dibasa, a combined historic event was hosted by Dallas Odias to showcase the talents of various talented artists across.
Many Spectacular Performances were presented by all the drama teams. Around 350 Odias had assembled to enhance this event.
